Dr. David Alden Pangburn, MD

Dr. Pangburn has been our pediatrician for nearly 20 years. He is simply wonderful in all aspects.

My son has special needs and I went through 3 pediatricians before finding a doctor that not only knows all aspects of the medical side but also the always not so clear side of special needs, especially in a case that can not be communicated. I respect him as a physician and as an expert in the field of working with children in the wide range of special needs. My son is not a number in this pediatric office, he is a boy they know and call by name, makes an appointment that don't always want to be at more personal. Dr. Pangburn relates to my son in a way that not only sets him at ease helping to better, easier, and more accurately diagnosis him, but sets me, as a parent, at ease knowing my son is comfortable in his care and he is in good hands. Caring hands. I have recommended him to many and with a child who frequents his office due to medical issues my son lives with, I hope anyone who reads this takes my words to heart and finds answers and comfort from one parent to another,… this is the pediatrician you want for your child from birth on. He is the one, I was looking for, and let me note I changed from the supposed top pediatrician noted in Boston Magazine to Dr. Pangburn and it was the best decision I made for my son.

The worst doctor ever, did not take a Urine test when I suspected an UTI. It took 3 visits to the doctor and five days of high fever before they took action and figured out what was wrong with my child.The front desk staff is rude and very incompetent. I wish I would have never chosen this pediatric office.

Dr. Pangburn is very knowledgeable and takes time with his patients. The nurses and assistants are also nice/fine. However, several of the office staff members have been consistently rude and inconsiderate, which has resulted in me feeling like I can't call the office without being yelled at or judged for my concerns. As a result, we have decided to look into going elsewhere.
