i was one of DR.PFAFF'S first patients. i had to leave him because of health care coverage.i cried when i left.he was great.i miss him.

I think Dr Pfaff and Marie are wonderful! They are kind, patient and caring. They definitely put the welfare of their patients first. I am convinced that Dr. Pfaff played a major part in giving my Mom a long healthy and happy life of 100 years. He sees the "Patient" not only the textbook. He cares, and has a great bedside manor. He is the only doctor I totally trust. Marie? Well she's outstanding as well. She cares and makes sure she gets you the help you need when you need it. She friendly and kind. Very easy to talk to. They Are The Best!

My family and I have been going to Dr. Pfaff for many years. I wasn’t feeling well & called twice and left a message. I then called when they were open and spoke to the receptionist Marie. I told her who I was and she responded (in a nasty tone) “You know you don’t have to call three times.” She then said,“Well we can’t fit you in anyway.” Her demeanor and bedside manner was unlike anything I’ve experienced. I told her that and she hung up on me. Very rude, especially when you don’t feel well.

Been a patient for nearly 30 years! Best Physician I've ever been to!

In an era when Physicians give you only 7 minutes of their time Dr. Pfaff is the exception to the rule. He practices old-time medicine-The patient comes first and has great concern and compassion for his patients. He is an excellent communicator who is very knowledgable with great bedside manners.
