David Picone

Dr. Picone worked with me about 15 years ago. At the time I was truly broken. He really listened, believed me, & was kind of funny at times, which helped me listen to him. Most importantly, I happen to know from others that he structures his approach according to patient needs. I’m writing now because I find that still I fall back on his work when problems arise. I guess it’s like an investment.

Easily one of the best psychiatrists in the area. Extremely knowledgeable about medications and the latest information available.

Dr. Picone is overall a good doc. In my case it seems that I have a hard time withe medications working for me. I think he is fustrated by this. I am very disapointed with the nurse I have to call and leave a message with. I am not for shure how much of the info I tell her is left with the Dr. I think she is the nurse for all of the doctors and is very busy. I just wish I had a little more sympathy and a more direct and efficent way to talk to Dr. Picone in between my office visits, He always says we can handle the fallow up over the phone "just call me" he says. I think the nurse is the problem.
