Dr. David Aron Posner, MD

I had an allergic reaction to a new medication my doctor started me on. My throat started to feel like it's swelling up. I was told by doctor's RN to get seen at urgent care. Dr. Posner told me it's nothing to worry about and he doesn't think it's anything serious. Told me to go home and drink some warm water with honey to help with sore throat. I am diabetic, why would anyone recommend consuming more sugar. I wasted my time and money to see this doctor.

Every doctor has their strengths and weaknesses, but what really matters is being able to make a patient feel cared for. Dr. Posner has always listened to my concerns and does his best to address it. If he is unable to, he will get back to you and is good at following through with that. The only negative, hence, the 1 star short, is because he sometimes talks to me as if I'm stupid. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Dr. Posner is kind and friendly during face-to-face visits. However, when it comes to diagnosing and managing patient’s overall health, I feel he is either unknowledgeable or doesn’t really care. Additionally, he is quick to dismiss a patient’s complaint/symptoms. He is not good at looking at the whole person or connecting the puzzle pieces to try to figure out what the bigger picture is.
