Dr. David M Raiffe

I just found out this Dr's last name for he never introduced himself. He took over the practice of the wonderful Dr Oatis and after one visit there I will never go back. He never looked in my mouth, referred to himself as "the old man" and never explained what I needed done. He let the office manager explain the treatment plan in which I did not finish with him. It was a terrible experience and a sad ending to what was a great office.

Dr. David Raiffe is a horrible dentist. He makes jokes while your trying to talk sense to him. I had a crown made the dental assistant (not a Dentist removed temporary crown and for 1 1/2 hours tried to drill it down to fit . She kept apologizing saying she had never done this before. I asked him to come in and all he said was use it the way it is. The tooth is pure white , whiter than my teeth. He said the lab screwed up, don't worry you can barely see it. I paid out of pocket $1550.00 . When I asked to redo it he shouted to the assistant FINE I will yank that one out of her head and order another one. I had my cleaning which was a joke. 10 minutes of floss and polish. When I first met him when he took over for my retiring Dentist Dr. Otis his first words to me were, "don't worry I watched u tube before coming in here im all set now!

Went in and had cleaning done hygienist was profecional but Dr. Raiffe was so unprofessional make jokes I didn’t even understand or knew when he was been serious. Long story short, I needed a crown and gave me a temp crown, two days when by and it broke on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday I was with a lot of pain and went on Monday asked him if he could do another temp crown and he refused he said to come back on Wednesday when his assistant came back... now I have to suffer with my pain untill Wednesday...

Had some dental work done that should have been straightforward, ended up having to pay over $1kto have another dentist fix his shoddy work.

I just had extensive work done to include 3 inlays and 4 cavities. Dr. Raiffe handled the procedure by explaining everything very clearly and consistently ensuring that I was in no discomfort. His relaxed and playful demeanor made it so much better as well! I loved all of the staff and his assistant, Elda, was very helpful. Thanks Dr. Raiffe!

Made inappropriate comments and jokes to assists while I was in the chair...made me and assistant uncomfortable

This is the worst dentist I've ever been to. I told him and his staff at the same time that my MOLAR needs to be pulled. He screwed up and pulled a bicuspid in stead.

He doesn't finish the work he starts. At first I was very pleased with him, and his work, then his quality and care went right down the drain. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this guy, Since he did work on my teeth, I now have more problems than I did before. He should have stayed in retirement.
