Fri I had the Mild procedure. Dr Ray said without two hours I should be pain free. Today is Sunday and I’m in horrible pain and can’t even walk. I’m taking more pain medication than I was before this procedure and it’s not even touching this pain. I don’t think he was familiar with this procedure and caused more swelling because of it.

They treat your pain as a whole. They make you feel comfortable and safe. They have not only understood my pain and didn’t judge me, but they have helped my emotional and mental health as well. The friendly and truly caring atmosphere of Dr Ray and his staff is amazing. When Dr Ray came to me to explain a procedure I was having he answered all of my questions and when I started crying he held my hands and reassured me and helped calm me down before I was about to have an anxiety attack. They remember that when they see me and remind me it will be ok and it will go smoothly. I 100% trust them for me, but friends, family and strangers. You cannot ask for a better doctor and staff.

They care a lot! The nicest and most professional people. Dr Ray, John and Sherri go out of their way to find the problem. The staff is very caring, professional and polite.

My last visit was yesterday for an epidural injection for low back pain. As of the next day I am doing much better. I hope and pray this is all I needed now. Thank you for letting me be your patient and thank you for all you do.
