I've been going to this doctor for over a decade. Due to an issue that I had and how I presented it, this doctor lost his temper with me and, rather than try to resolve it through dialogue and help me understand what I needed to do, he kicked me to the curb. My pcp in the middle of a treatment plan gave me 30 days to find a new doctor. It just shows the lack of empathy and how little he cares for the wellbeing of his patients. He has a short fuse. His knowledge is ok, but he always gave the appearance of being disinterested. I felt as though I was getting excessive referrals. Office disorganized. If looking for a doctor that cares, this is not the place.

It took me some time to find this doctor, but it was worth my efforts. I’ve left 5 star reviews for him in several apps, as he deserves them. He is just wonderful. Over the years, I’ve found that most doctors don’t like “nurses” as patients. They feel intimidated and resentful of us. Not this doc. He is friendly and quite knowledgeable. He actually sits and listens to you! No rushing, with one foot out the door. I am so weary of the awful doctors, hospitals and overall substandard medical care in Las Vegas. Dr. Rosenstein is an exception. I highly recommend him..

I have been a patient of Dr. David Rosenstein for 9 years. Dr. Rosenstein is the only expert Dr. I have found in all of Nevada. His waiting time is exceptional (5-10min) comparatively to most Dr. offices; and yet somehow, he pays as much time with you as you need during your visit. I have visited Dr.’s worldwide, and after being a patient of Dr. David Rosenstein’s for 9 years; he is the Only Dr. I have ever in my life, actually have save my life, giving me only, exceptional, top cutting edge care. I have never felt rushed, nor any rudeness, throughout his entire office; only genuine concern and empathy about my health, and my quality of life. I have never trusted a Dr. enough to say, “Dr. Rosenstein, you know me, you keep exceptionally up to date medical wise, you know my medical history, my immune system, my reactions to medications, due to all of that, and more; whatever you recommend, I’m up for trying it out.” I cannot express my appreciation of this gem of a Dr. where they are… extremely rare and difficult to find. I Must give a shout out to his Entire office. He only hires the best employees, front, back, accounts receivable, nurses; plus, he has his own comforting, knowledgeable blood drawing exceptional expert; all in house. Dr. David Rosenstein is always expertly caught up on new medicinal trends, trials, and how he can give each of his patients the best, safest, while quickest, utilization of all new, and medically proven services; for each and every one of his patients. I have been seeing Dr. Rosenstein for 3 years now and find him to Truly care about his Patients. He'll take the time to answer any questions you have. He likes to use humor which helps in stressful situations. He always takes the time to get to the bottom of your concern...!!

My wife and I have been living out in Las Vegas for the past three years and trying to find a competent and caring primary physician has been almost an impossibility. Finally, Dr. David Rosenstein came into our lives. He is the best and his staff are terrific. They should really write a manual on patient care, that others can aspire to, they set the bar. From the moment you step into his offices, you know you will be taken care of by a professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Rosenstein does not look at his watch every few minutes (as other Drs. do). He will spend as much time as needed to understand your "situation" and then discuss a treatment program. He also has a great sense of humor! Best of all, his office can perform Xrays, blood work, urinalysis, etc....a one stop shop. And if the "problem" lies outside of his scope, he will refer you to a specialist; and within 3 minutes, you will have the referral paperwork in hand. He does not pretend to be the… "all and powerful OZ". I wish we had found him 3 years ago. He is the best!

This office to this day claim to be an In Network provider to my insurance. Yet I received a bill after they took my co payment at the time of my appointment I called my insurance and found out they are not and never have been in network. The person from billing never answers the phone or calls you back. I went to the office and waited an hour to speak in person and she still thinks that office is in Network. Get it right. Tell patients the truth

The dr is good ,caring meticulous but the front desk staff are rude, crude and unprofessional. They joke with each other. Laugh and giggle while ignoring patients, except to collect the copayments. I saw a patient 75-80 years old go to the desk and say he had been waiting over 2 hours and the staff said they called your name you didn t answer so they cancelled your appointment. He reminded them he was deaf or hard of hearing. How could they not know he was there. I also had a problem with the attitude of the front staff. I gave my name and said I had an appointment but needed to have my Dr in NY send test results to this office. I filled out the paperwork gave it to her and waited over one and a half hours. Never got called. They then said I never signed in. But if I talked to them and filled out papers. There fault they never put me in the computer as there. Her attitude was. You never signed in. How can you not know I was there. You took my papers

Excellent physician. A caring and compassionate doctor. Very attentive to his patients. Its refreshing to find such a wonderful doctor who is intelligent and can still display fantastic people skills. I enjoy having dialogues with him and admire his humor as well. Great doctor. I highly recommend him to everyone.
