Dr. David Norman Russell, MD

Rude front desk receptionist. They switch your doctors with out even telling you. And when you and to speak to your doctor they won’t even let you the older balding receptionist with the ear ring the male one is very rude and unprofessional! Usually you tell a customer or patient they are getting on you’re nevers and you’re fired but not this place just unprofessional all around!

Dr Russell is a great doctor with wonderful bedside manner! He is very personable, knowledgeable, and keenly listens to everything you say. Even when you're not trying to give him a problem to solve - he notices things about you, or pays attention to what you say; and the next thing you know he's like..."based off of _____________, I want you to take this (prescription) because I don't think you know it, but you have/may have 'such-n-such'. And dang it if he hasn't been right the few times he did it to me and my husband. The staff is also very nice, personable, and knowledgeable. They also are very good at doing their jobs; if you have any insurance issues (i.e. mis-billings, prior authorizations, etc) - they're on it without missing a beat????!!! He's just A REALLY GREAT DOCTOR, and those are hard to find! So if you're considering, take it from someone who's been sick (and in and out of Dr's offices) for literally 19yrs!... it is hard to find a Dr's office where all the variables work… for the good = Dr + staff + waiting time + etc; it would be a VERY WISE DECISION to go with Dr Russell ????.
