Excellent care. In times of emergency responds to messages within minutes. Called my son to answer all of his questions when I was in the hospital. Kept the family informed of the full treatment plan and possible side effects at all times.

Been in the care of this doc 5 years. He's the reason I'm still around. The best.

Dr. Sher has gone with me through my whole treatment from diagnosis to healing. Being in his care gave me constant confidence. Always pleasant, patient and attentive. Dr. Sher is absolutely the one you want in your corner.

My husband was treated by Dr Sher when he was in Massachusetts. He is the nicest, kindest Dr you could ever have as well as being proficient in his field. He goes over and beyond for treating his patients and their families. Husband operated at another hospital and he came to visit. Now my turn needing radiation and was hoping he was still in our area. While all the physicians at UTSW are excellent, Dr. Sher is the kindest, smartest, and most caring doctor I have ever met. My husband went through radiation for head and neck cancer, and Dr. Sher was a beacon of light for us. He's incredibly approachable, is willing to discuss any and all concerns and answers every question thoughtfully. He responds almost instantly when needed and made the experience of cancer so much easier. Even afterwards, he is still just as awesome to deal with. We are so incredibly grateful to have Dr. Sher in our corner!

Dr. Sher treated my mother. We cannot express enough gratitude to his devoted care. Professionally and personally, she got the best treatment we could expect. My mother ended up having a way better outcome than anything we were told by other doctors prior to starting treatment with Dr. Sher. Dr. Sher has always shown immediate response and attention to any concern or question that we had. Simply the best.

Dr Sher gave my husband a powerful opiate that caused his death. I have since learned that my husband should not have been prescribed it in his current physical state. Dr refused to sign death certificate or return calls from family.

The negligence of this doctor caused my husband's death. He refused to sign the death certificate because he knew that he was careless in prescribing medicine that my husband's heart could not withstand. Refused to return any calls from me.
