Very pleased with my experience; Dr. Shiu clearly demonstrated that he had taken the time in advance to review my medical history, imaging, and upcoming visits with other specialists. This was reassuring to me that he was invested in addressing the reason for my visit.

Dr. Shui diagnosed my probable underlying condition at my first visit, which was confirmed by testing. He was willing to change my prescription if it proved too costly (it was okay). At this visit, he provided insight into the reason for my illness and had an X-ray done in the office, which he showed me. He always goes the extra mile. I would recommend him very highly to anyone with a pulmonary condition.

Dr. Shiu is exactly what I was looking for in a health care provider. He is smart, open minded and offered excellent suggestions that worked.

Even though he was not my mother's main doctor, he did absolutely everything and anything, in his ability to help. Kind and trustworthy.

If I could give a zero, I would. I had a question about hours and insurance the office takes. Before I could get the first words out of my mouth, Gwen said you need to talk to the nurse about this and just put me on hold. waited for 10 minutes, never came back.
