Dr. Mulhern received her undergraduate degree from Princeton University. She then went on to study animal behavior and ecology at the University of California at Berkeley where she completed a Masters degree. She returned to the east coast to the University of Connecticut School of Medicine where she received her MD degree. She completed her Internal Medicine residency training at the University of North Carolina Hospitals, Chapel Hill, in 1998, and has been working as a general internist in Manhattan since completion of her training.

Doctor Mulhern has been my primary care physician for over 10 years. She is professional and has an exceptional bedside manner.She asks questions and listens intently to any concerns I may have and sets a clear plan of action to follow for an optimal outcome. When you message her she responds back in a timely manner Dr Mulhern is a remarkable physician, I would not choose to see anyone else.

I spoke with Dr. Mulhern in a video call. She was so pleasant and helpful. I am going on a cruise to South Africa and was concerned about getting Malaria. She researched every place we were visiting and found where Malaria was prevalent. She prescribed medicine I needed. I was very impressed with Dr. Mulhern.

Dr. Mulhern is a smart, caring, thoughtful and thorough physician. Her kindness puts me completely at ease. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and always offers sound advice. Her office and nursing staff are efficient and very pleasant. Having her as my primary care doctor is a real blessing!
