Dr. David Howey Snow, MD

I can honestly say this was the worst experience I have ever had at a medical practice, starting with reception. The receptionist is the first face you see when you enter a doctors office. It should not be wearing a frown! That should have been my first indictor of what the visit would be like. The doctor- well, he just had better things to do with his time than see patients! The insurance or billing woman was just plain nasty. Maybe because her breath smelled like liquor , which was odd at that time of morning, but maybe it was her cologne. It goes without saying, I will not be back. When so many people give similar bad reviews, there’s truth somewhere.

The first appointment I went to the receptionist were very rude. I let that go because his PA and the others were very nice and pleasant. The women who did blood work were very friendly. My second and last appointment the same two receptionist were very cold and even ruder. If they don't like working with the public they need to find another job more suitable to their personality's. Then sat in room and waited for Dr. Snow for 40 mins. He was of no help said inflammation in my hands did not show up on ultra sound. Right I've not been able to get rings I've worn for years go over my knuckles for over a year now. I was already realizing I made a mistake sitting there 40 mins waiting on him. And his personality and attitude of not wanting to be of any help made my visit even worse. Left with no prescription had to spent 10 mins convincing him to give me just one shot in my worst hand at the time. Then had to go through them hateful receptionist again. My husband is a calm man it takes a… lot to upset him. But the receptionist had him upset and talking back to them the same way they were treating us. Where all these five stars are coming from is beyond me.

I had such a negative experience here. I gave him a few chances, despite a negative first impression, because I need care but he was completely dismissive of my pain and extremely rude to me. It was like I went back 100 years. The office manager was rude to me about payment. I had to wait over an hour. After all of this he referred me to PT which was the first thing that helped my pain and why I continued to go to the practice. She is no longer there and I will no longer be there either.

Not impressed with this doctor or his staff. The wait time was ridiculous. The doctor was arrogant and the staff was unfriendly. Don’t waste your time or money here. Ended up going to Dr George and he was wonderful. Complete opposite of this jerk!!!

Do not go to this place if you are looking for a caring, friendly doctor and staff. Staff was rude and Dr Snow was very irritable. Made my elderly mom cry and spoke very harsh to her because he had to repeat himself a few times. At 89, my mother doesn’t hear as well as she used to. The lady PA that came in first seemed very unknowledgeable and couldn’t answer any of our questions. She wasn’t necessarily rude, just seemed uninterested. Never been to a practice quite like this. Almost like they don’t want you to go back. My mom sees Dr George now. A world of difference!!!

I will never go back to this place. Staff was unfriendly. Dr. Snow had a poor bedside manner and acted uninterested and annoyed. Employee named Connie very unprofessional and rude when she called concerning insurance. Don't waste your time or money with such uncaring people.

Excellent Doctor that actually follows up with you and follows your care with your primary physician. Staff is awesome too!

Dr. Snow is a professional R.A. Dr. and takes time to understand the issues you are going thru. He is not afraid to try more then one thing , follows up and makes sure tests are done to assure healthy results achieved with all patients. I would recommend to everyone looking for an Experienced, Professional and Caring Dr.

Did not feel like he was taking my concerns seriously. I was not impressed at all. He spent time in the room, but never responded much to what I was saying and I could tell from the start that he didn't seem to care about any of my symptoms or the pain I'd been in (and now am still in).

I saw Dr. Snow recently at his office for severly pain in an old knee injury. He understood exactly what was going on with my problem and made several helpful recommendations for future treatment and provided a short term treatment that was highly effective. Being former military, he made sure that my insurance was accepted and it was. He is one of the best choices out there. Thanks
