Dr. David Henry Solberg, MD

Dr. Solberg has been my obgyn doctor for over 25 years. He is such a great doctor. Very caring and compassionate. He begins the visit in his office by asking how you are doing and what concerns you have. During the yearly exam he makes you feel very comfortable and has a nurse with him. Dr. Solberg sent me to Mercy in Baltimore when I had an abnormal mammogram. They were able to remove a precancerous area. Dr. Solberg is truly the best obgyn.

That was my first time having a male Obgyn.at first i was a bit uncomfortable but he made me feel comfortable.He took the time to sit down and explain certain things to me and that made a difference.Thank you

Dr. Solberg is the best doctor I've ever had in my 50 yrs of life. I strongly recommend him. Very nice, sits down and discusses your matter then when done he reviews the concern and gives his thoughts to the matter. The BEST I must say, and his Nurse was so nice as well. I have been seeing Dr. Solberg annually for 26 years. He is such a great doctor! He takes time to listen to you in his office beforehand. He puts you at ease during the visit and lets you ask questions afterwards. When a routine mammogram came up abnormal, he sent me to one of the top breast cancer specialists in the region. It turned out to be precancerous and was removed by the recommended surgeon. I am so grateful to Dr. Solberg for calling me personally with his recommendation. I can’t say enough about how much I have appreciated Dr. Solberg through the years. He the best.

Dr Solberg was excellent. he took his time and explained everything to me.He was very thorough and encouraged me to ask questions. all the staff were great and made me welcome.

Dr. Solberg is everything a doctor should be. He never rushes you and that's rare these days. He answers all your questions and he is extremely experienced and knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about him and we're lucky to have him in our area.

Dr. Solberg delivered my 2nd child, via c-section. He is an excellent, caring, understanding doctor who really listened to me and helped me make the best decision regarding a safe delivery for both my child and myself. He let me pick the music that was playing during my c-section! He also kept me informed as to what he was doing from making the initial incision, to the baby being delivered, to cleaning the scar tissue, to the tubal ligation procedure to closing the incision. I delivered in a teaching hospital, so he was teaching another surgeon as he delivered my child but I was notified of that and it was not a problem. When my child has some minor difficulities after the delivery, Dr. Solberg came to the recovery room and informed me of what was happening. He followed through with updates and visits to my room until my child was released from the NICU. He met with me and my husband the day after delivery and the day I was discharged. I felt that my and my child's best… interest was always a top priority. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Solveg and I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Solberg to any woman who is looking for an OB.
