Dr. David Todd Springer, MD

I'm a veteran and been seeing him for years now. He has always acted disinterested and aloof. He has a terrible habit of yawning during sessions showing his nonchalant attitude.

XEVS company hired Dr. Springer to carry out an agenda consisting of a trumped up examination and a negative Report that was drafted for the purpose of destroying my credibility as an employee. Needless to say, no weapon formed against me (a child of God) shall prosper you anything, except for the coins XEVS paid you for your undeveloped contribution. You can not fairly or accurately diagnose someone with anything and you never even had a transparent conversation with them. Instead you form a diagnosis based on one sided documents turned in by a corrupted union and a company that has a reputation for unethical behavior. I would like Dr. Springer to understand that there is no honor amongst thieves and corruption is a cancer that will eat you alive. Also, the lawyer representing XEVS stood in a room full of witnesses and called you "the most incompetent doctor he ever knew" then sucked his teeth in utter disgust with your report. Meanwhile, the union XEVS and their representation sat… praying that I would miss the statue of limitation to file a disability discrimination suit. Dr. Springer diagnosed me with some kind of disability that, come to find out, the company would use to violate my constitutional right to work, and never once followed up to see if I had fallen into a depression, as I had no insurance money or gainful employment after 22+ years of working for XEVS. Dr. Springer didn't even offer me an alternatives to treatment plan nor did he put anything in place to ensure my risk for suicide or further illness was minimized. I was certain that a treating Medical Doctor had a duty of care to protect the health and wellness of any individual they've given a diagnosis. That alone speaks volumes about this Doctor's moral and ethical values. This was not what I expected from a MD with a license to practice medicine with the assumed responsibility to demonstrate integrity and care for his patients. P.s. After contacting him for a copy of the report he wrote about me, he was very rude and short, explaining that he didn't have to give me a copy of anything because I didn't pay him, the company did.

Doctor Springer diagnosed me with a disorder for believing in God. After asking me several times if I believed in God, he then asked me if I was God, like believing in God was the worst thing someone could do... I was puzzled by his suggestion, trying to figure why a "Doctor" would be so adamant about forcing words down his patient's throat. I never experienced something like this with a so-called professional. I really don't understand how he's still allowed to practice without supervision.

Dr. Springer was paid to do a Fitness for Duty exam by a company which harassed, slandered and used several intimidation tactics to force my resignation after 22 years of excellent service. During the time I was being retaliated against, I developed an acute disorder stemming from the hostile environment I had been subjected to. Dr. Springer not only used information found on my FMLA application to prediagnose (before he ever spoke to me about the content in the emails and what I was experiencing from the administration at that time) a condition he says I now have, he also solicited a filtered stream of negative email conversations I had (with the department pushing for my unlawful resignation) beginning around the time I reported an administrator for the Sexual Assult of a non verbal/Non consenting patient residing in one of XEVS' grouphomes, and was immediately suspended from work for nearly 8 weeks. Dr. Springer came up with a whole new diagnosis "Acute Paranoid personality… disorder", which coincidentally does not require any medication, however, it requires me to go and see a XEVS approved psychologist and have detailed notes submitted to XEVS on a ,monthly/quarterly basis, a company which mishandled my previous medical history (HIPPA protected Medical History made public to everyone at the company) and monthly reviews by XEVS' administration as a requirement for employment. He proceeded with caution in my face to face interview with him, and when I told him I had Googled him he seemed alarmingly concerned with what I had found.

The wrong guy for me. Tried for months, but felt only a little better. Found another doctor that helped in only a few visits. Got a different prescription that actually worked in a short time, without the awful side effects.

Dr Springer is wonderful . He's a great Doctor . Knowledgeable and caring . Very blessed to have found him

Best psychsrist ever

He wasnt that effective. I didn't get much relief from the meds or psychotherapy from him.
