May say 1 Star but NO STAR REVIEW - So many problems with the Pa VA but this one takes the cake. Our Father, a VA Vet was scheduled to see Dr. Harigopal in Newtown Square at 9:30 AM on 2/3/26. The VA had to reschedule this appt as his previous Dr. retired. Harriet rescheduled the appt from the call center in mid January. He shows up on time with his daughter and nurse in a wheel chair in the freezing cold. The office did NOT have his appt in their database blaming the call center for not booking it correctly and TURNS HIM AWAY - tells him to come back the next day as they had a cancellation. If I was running that office and it was an error due to my staff - this man would have been seen. This is the most incompetent organization . Their database is ancient and inefficient. Who can help our SENIOR VA's get the BEST treatment? Our Hero's deserve better. Get it together PA VA and Newtown Square - if this happens again manage your time better and see these people. What a disgrace.
