Excellent services and keen attention given by my doctors specially my primary doctor

Dr. Straface has been my primary physician for several years, and I couldn't be more satisfied. He has a collaborative approach, asking questions of the patient and also providing clear answers to any questions I may have as well. He explains lab results and makes appropriate Rx recommendations when indicated. He listens intently and always treats me as a human being rather than a number.

Kind,quiet, shy, professional...a great combination.

Very poor sense of urgency by this physician. He does not return my calls, nor reply to me promptly on issues that are of major concern. Can't say how good he is in overall medical care, and maybe the issue is simply one of overload because several doctors in his practice have recently left the area. However, the end result, to me, was unsatisfactory.
