Possibly one of the worst doctors I’ve ever had. Has zero empathy for people with chronic pain, and medically gaslights your symptoms to not being his problem, and refuses to run the most basic tests to rule anything out. After find an abnormality on MRI. His last sentence to me, in regards to my headaches was “I’m just neurologist” and referred me elsewhere.

I was told at 8am this morning by his nurse that she was putting me on hold to talk to him. She then came back & said he was busy & that he would call me back after his current patient. He never did. I called at least half a dozen times and he refused to talk to me or return my phone calls. 4 of the times I called I was told he had my message & would call me. About the 5th time I called I was told he had my prescription ready to go and was going to send it to me.....yet again, after he finished with his current patient. So was he with the same patient for the entire work day? I think not. Here it is 5 p.m. and I never received a phone call, a email or anything and I was PROMISED 4 times he would call me. It would have been a 2 minute conversation and he flat out blew me off half a dozen times in one day. His nurses were rude to me, Kate specifically. It wasn't until I talked about filing a complaint about her & him did I get her to even try to help me. Their staff are… beyond unprofessional. Their on call phone service doesn't keep records of your calls apparently because one nurse wanted to argue with me and cut me off in the middle of my sentences rather than just listen to me. She asked me a question and then cut me off several times before I could even finish my answer. Don't even get me started how she put the wrong info into the computer when I told her my name & birthdate. She started reading out someone else's personal info to me because she wrote down the name Karen instead of Sharon!! That BETTER not happen to my personal information!! I called another neurologist immediately and asked to become a patient with her because this office is a complete joke. YOU WILL GET NO HELP HERE!
