Thanks for visiting my profile! Finding the right therapist can be hard, and can often times feel daunting. My goal is to foster a sustainable therapeutic relationship that can end with you being the best version of yourself. I aim to do this by providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy.
