Loved it knowing the staff was bilingual which made it easy for my mother to understand her treatment. Dr. Tharakan spends time with his patients. That is rare!!! The office visit is only $77.00 for the entire visit! The doctor is an M.D. and I see him at every visit. I get receipt and there are no surprises about what they will bill. The clinic feels like a comfortable house.

Long wait time, never get return calls, difficulty with getting refills, office manager can't answer simple questions...she gets very rude with patients. Place looks dirty. I stopped going to this clinic for these reasons. Can't recommend at all, better off going somewhere else.

He is the best doctor anyone could ever ask for- people are lucky to have him. What a great guy!

The doctor is fine, I actually like him, but the wait is awful and the office manager is very hard to work with. I could not recommend this office to a friend.

Hard to make appt. Phone calls always go to voicemail and not follow up. Always need to call them after Rx has been faxed for refill. Followup is very poor.

I normally don't go to a doctor's office, but I thought I'd give it a go. I walked in and Dr. Tharakan was able to see me. The staff was nice- it was my first visit to the family clinic. The doctor was great! He really knows his stuff! I know doctors from Boston go above and beyond.

I went into the office with a sinus infection after a week of dealing with it. Dr Tharakan prescribed me Bactrum which did nothing to help me. I tried calling after 6 days on the medication with no improvement but could not reach him. Phone went to voice mail but was full so couldn't leave a message. Does not call back when promised. Does not follow up on testing results.

Dr. Tharakan is one of a kind. Not only does he listen and take time for his patients he does what he can to comfort you while making you better. Great dr for the kids as well.
