Dr. Tran did not give me the time of day to even explain my son's situation. He entered our room and without giving even an examination, just decided that we were bringing our son to the ER when he did not need to be there. While we were there, my son's condition worsened. Dr. Tran attibuted this to some medication my son was taking and then told me to keep giving it to him. Dr. Tran often questioned himself and what he believed to be the issue with my son. He had already decided how he was going to treat my son, before he even looked at him.

Dr. Tran is extremely gentle with my son and is soft spoken, which, in turn, eased my son without intimidation. Very polite and caring staff, and I didnt have to wait more than 10 min for my appt. with about three other patients ahead if me.Thorough and and speaks in terms I can understand. Highley recommended!

Dr. Tran is an excellent pediatrician. If you are looking for someone who cares about and is easy to talk to, he is the doctor you are looking for. He listens and also is very experienced. The staff is friendly and caring too.

I recently moved to southern cal and was looking for a pediatrician for my sons. My friends recommended Facey to me for myself and for my children. We are happy that Dr.Tran became my sons' pediatrician. He's very thorough and has excellent bedside manner. My sons felt comfortable with him and that was important to me. I'm glad we signed up with Facey Medical.
