Dr Wallace has changed my life!! Thank you

I was disappointed that Dr. Wallace did not examine me or see me once after the surgery. He relegated my subsequent exams to other doctors/staff in his practice. I would not have used him for surgery had I known he would only do the surgery and not check to see my progress with a subsequent follow-up.

I have only great things to say about Dr. Wallace and his team. Most notably, they are all about making sure the patient is a) completely informed about the process, and b) completely comfortable with the process. They truly go the extra mile to ensure that the patient is very comfortable before, during, and after the procedure – they didn’t miss a beat. For instance, prior to the procedure, I was able to relax in a pre-op room which had a reclining massage chair, a small water fountain, etc., just to give one example. Might not sound like much but it shows how much they consider the experience from the patient’s point of view. And the staff is excellent. Sepi, the Senior Patient Coordinator and Surgery Counselor, was highly personably, answered all my questions, and even thought to call me when an earlier surgery time opened up a month ahead of my schedule surgery. And as far as the financial aspect, they were entirely transparent and never tried to upsell me. I would highly recommend… LA Sight. They made the whole process a breeze. Oh, and my eye sight is at least 20/20, probably even better. A+ all around.

Every single staff member was super nice and attentive and the doctors were wonderful and willing to take the time to answer every question and concern. I am glad I made the decsion to come here and would recommend it to anyone interested in having laser eye surgery. They went above and beyond!

Truly extraordinary service and bedside manner. My Optometrist said it was perfect work!! He was very happy with the result of the Cataract removal. Fist time I have seen out of my right eye since I was 22 years old - I am now 54!! Sure as happy.

I am so delighted with my new vision (20/20) and the professional environment surrounding the experience. From the moment I called LA Sight (for a second opinion based on a recommendation from a friend), I was impressed. The staff is knowledgable, kind, honest, and efficient. I had done a lot of research on the subject and on Dr. Wallace, and I am happy to say - it is all true! He really is the best here in LA. His work speaks for himself. In addition to his brilliance as a surgeon, he has surrounded himself with excellent staff members. I must also say, I am a RN, thus a tough critic!

I just had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Wallace and his staff at LA Sight. Everyone there is friendly, welcoming, beyond competent, and they make the entire process as quick and painless as possible. I am so glad I chose LA Sight for my lasik surgery. And - it's only the first day after my surgery and my eyesight is perfect (I was 20/400 before going in) and I'm seeing without aid for literally the first time in my life. My eyes don't even hurt :). Thank you!!!

I was referred to dr Wallace office by a friend of mine. I was a little nervous at first but by surgery day i was excited to not have to use glasses anymore. Dr Wallace and his team made me feel right at home. He did the procedure himself and talked me through each step as he did it. I was in and out of there in less than a half an hour. They explained the entire procedure and answered all my questions. Customer service was great. I will be telling everyone about my experience.
