Dr. David Howard Wallis, MD

Dr. Wallis impressed me the first time I met him on my first visit. I was referred to him for a hip injury and heard that he was a good sports medicine doctor. I was initially impressed with his credentials. But after meeting him, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that he is also the kind of doctor that cares about the "wellness" of his patients - not just the injury. I remember he sat down and after he introduced himself, he wanted to learn more about me before he even started the examination. He wanted to know my hobbies, typical family questions and why was I here to see him. I remember thinking wow, this is unusual because he didn't just focus on my injury immediately and then give me a diagnosis.

I just love Dr. Wallis. He is an excellent physician. He's kind and caring and is genuinely concerned for your health and welfare. It's always been a good experience going to Dr. Wallis. He's highly recommended by me and I don't give praise to anyone easily.

Dr. Wallis is an exceptional physician. He is very thorough and takes time to answer all questions. He is genuinely interested in your wellbeing and has a fabulous bedside manner.

He treats the whole patient, not the symptoms. Very thorough and shows genuine concern for the patient. I always get a lift just chatting with him.

I first saw Dr. Wallis when I had a debilitating injury and my primary care physician was too busy to fit me in. Dr. Wallis helped me get over this injury. Since that time, he has become my primary care physician. When he comes in the room, he always greets me with a handshake and a "Nice you see you!" Most physicians don't care. But Dr. Wallis is one doctor I would recommend every day of the week and twice on Sundays for not only his bed side manner, but his brilliance as a doctor.

This guy is rough when he examines you. He does not take the time to listen to patient concerns about patient ailments. He gets defensive if learns you try to get second opinions. When you indicate pain, he ends up telling you to tough it out and get mental help. You are better off finding someone else in the first place and save yourself embarrassing grief later on.

Wallis is our family doctor for my husband, son &myself. We have found him to be smart, veratile & practices conservative preventative medicine.My husband goes in at 7:00 AM, so he's seen immdediately.I go later & this is a very! large med ctr.So Might wait a bit , especially if I 'm not on time.He gives the time to handle 3 different issues @ time.

My dad was in terrible pain on both arms. Doctor came in rd 5 minutes and talk indeph to my dad e.g. past injuries and meds. He had x-ray done and diagnosed the problem. I'm hoping this will all work.He gave us a script and follow up appointment. He was very nice. Quick. Only thing I forgot to ask for is pain meds.
