A complete fraud !!!!! He is the most unethical person around with exception to Diana Vigil.

Do not trust this guy. he does not care about the harm he causes children to make a buck

This guy has a selective memory and sides with who ever has the most money. How the Court appoints him is very curious other than Bruce Cohen.

He is an unethical scammer who promotes the debunked myth of parental alienation to line his own pocketbook. He participates in child trafficking to out of state, unmonitored facilities and claims it’s 4 days. Years have gone by and parents haven’t seen their kids. He should lost his license and be jaile

He recommended ordering children into an unproven unscientific reunification camp. He is part of the alienation industry.

Guide by money and not helping children. He funnels kids to psychological abusers. He advocates separating kids from protective parents. He gaslights and uses coercive control tactiques that leave kids with PTSD. He has fabricated evidence and lied in court reports. Stay away!

Dr. Weinstock was great, his staff was very nice and made me feel welcomed. would recommend him!!

Dr. Weinstock performed a custody evaluation on our family and had such an imbalanced bias that he was unable to explain his recommendations. In fact, there is evidence that he violated several psychologist code of ethics and a complaint to his licensing board was filed. If you care about your family, stay far away from this man.

My ex and I both agreed to have Dr. Weinstock perform an evaluation that was to be used in court to help determine custody and decision making. My ex had a litany of accusations that we had to discuss and provide any supporting or contradicting facts. Dr. Weinstock spoke to teachers, counselors we used, and obviously our own interviews. He put together a fact-based report that highlighted the inconsistencies from my ex and it helped my case. I would agree with one of the reviewers that he is blunt and he was all about getting details. If you choose Dr. Weinstock, be prepared to focus on facts and provide supporting information. None of these evaluators are cheap but he kept the costs as reasonable as could be expected and produced a quality report. I didn't agree with everything in the report but it was definitely fair and pretty accurate all around. I highly recommend Dr. Weinstock and wish all of you the best of luck... if you are at this point you need someone fair and… knowledgeable.

He was hard to get into see, but it was worth it. He quickly sized up our needs, gave great advice, and sent us on our way. He didn't try to have us return again and again. He was blunt, to the point, and very helpful. Our daughter really liked his "therapy dog."
