If you're looking for Doctors who care, incredible staff that always goes above and beyond to help as much as they can and a urgent consideration for your physical and mental health, this is the place. I've been seeing Dr.Willis for nearly 5 years and I couldn't be more pleased. This Healthcare facility always makes me feel like I'm the only patient there. Whether it's Paula, Laura or Danille I speak with up front or any of the new faces I see, they consistently strive to make me feel comfortable and at home. I never feel like I'm a burden or bothersome. From having to move appointments around, change my time for the day or just call for a simple question, they treat every matter that's important to me as if it were their own. Dr.Willis has always made it clear that my health is his biggest concern and the utmost of importance. The communication system they use is incredible and always respond quick and prompt. You're able to see after one visit that they work as a team and take time… to invest in you to make sure they are doing everything they can to help. Highly recommend. Thank you for all you do!

Dr Willis is the most compassionate and caring family Doctor in Ocala. We have been going to him for 15 years and found that he and his staff go above and beyond what is expected of a family doctor. He listens to you and is always right on with his diagnosis. Words can't describe how thrilled we have been having him take care of us this long. We feel like family in the office because that's how caring the staff is. If he refers you to a specialist, you know he's sending you to the best in that field. He's the epitome of what a Doctor should be.

I have had some pretty amazing doctors in my past, but Dr. Willis is by far the most exceptional doctor our family has had. He is not the ordinary doctor and he takes his time with each patient and youre never rushed. Dr. Willis brings a whole new meaning to Family Practice. Some doctors become doctors and will never live up to the height of Dr. Willis. He supports the gift of life. His diagnosis treatments were always right on, he takes the time necessary to really listen to his patients, he has true compassion, interest in helping people recover, engaging & allows you to be a participant in your care and he has a great sense of humor. His communication skills are outstanding and you will never leave his office without understanding. Dr. Willis is responsive. You can literally talk to him about anything. His staff is pretty exceptional also. We have a very complex medical condition in our family and he has been supportive and responsive to our needs. I never felt alone. Our… lives have been blessed with Dr. Willis in it. Words will never express my gratitude toward Dr. Willis.

I have been in Ocala for over 10 years and I have not been able to find a physician that I am pleased with. I was thrilled to have met Dr. Willis and his office. From the time I walked in I felt like I was part of their family. Dr. Willis took quite a bit of time with me and you can tell that he cared. He also explained my medical condition in a way that I understood. I felt confident in his knowledge and his commitment to helping my condition. I am thrilled to find this practice. What a blessing!

Dr. Willis' team is way above most. I rated highly in all but followup. They don't do well in responding (confirming) to messages left and do not make appointment reminders. Other than that, they're A1!

Dr. Willis is the best. His "bedside" manner is untouched by any doctor we have known. He is patient and kind..understanding, and caring. Hard to find good doctors anymore..and almost impossible to find a GREAT doctor...but we did..and we are VERY THANKFUL!!! :)
