Dr. David Duyet Tran, MD

Dr. Tran is the Best! He always takes his time, explains everything very well, never rushes. I had laser eye surgery and the results are incredible! The nurse in the OR (Paula) was fantastic. The rest of the surgical staff was very nice as well. The only thing that could be improved is the desk staff in the office could be a little friendlier - too many personal conversations and those seem to take precedence over the patient.

Dr. Tran's staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Dr. Tran's technicians are very knowledgeable, caring and helpful. I was having an issue with a new drop and the manager called me right away and was very helpful and knowledgeable and able to professionally answer all my questions so I could understand. I give this office and doctor an A++.

I like Dr. Tran and feel he does a great job. I was very dissappointed in the fact that I was charged $80.00 for the pair of contacts I was given to try since my prescription had changed. I know one pair of contacts does not cost nearly that much. The price for a 6 month supply is between $80.00 - 90.00. I think this charge should be reviewed and strongly considered to be lowered greatly. Wow, I was really surprised at this outrageous fee.

Dr Tran was a very pleasant person but his office is totally disorganized! The office staff never knows what your co pays are even though they're enscribed right on your ID CARD! We were told they didn't know our co-pay and that they would bill us after the insurance paid. The next thing we received was a very nasty letter telling us they were going to pursue our balance through collection. We always pay our bills.......ON TIME...... and would have glady given them the co-pay had they had the ambition to either read and interpret the ID CARD or just called the insurance company. You will also sit at least 45 minutes to an hour waiting time.......or longer! I will state that Dr Tran himself is a very knowledgeable physician to which we felt comfortable with..........it's the office staff that needs replacing with competent people.

Dr. David Tran took the time to explain my eye problem in a way I could understand. The saff was pleasant too.
