Dr. Davina Hayes Dansby, MD

I do research on any Dr. I choose, like most people. I choice Dr. Dansby from what I read. I haven't been seen by a Dr. in a while. I'm 53 so it's very important I never got to make an appointment. It's taken OVER 2 YEARS! I just called again recently. Nothing for ANOTHER YEAR.. I feel I'm being discriminated against because the kind of Health Insurance I carry. Medicaid/Medicare. I was told that doctor's complain about Govt assistant medical payments - taking too long to payout. Unfortunely , Georgia is known for Medical Insurance Discrimination. Like many States. When I mention my Insurance to this office. I get put on an over a YEAR waiting list, for an appointment. A person can die waiting for an appointment with Dr. Dansby. Seriously. The receptionist and office manager were "politely" rude. It sounded like they were reading from a cue card. Rehearsed responses. Robots. A.I. No Care. They politely blew me off, as if I was a number, and my Health was not a major… concern...and that choosing a doctor is like picking apples. "You can go somewhere else." This is what I was told. After choosing a Doctor I wanted. I have to go somewhere else? This is raggedy business. There are way to many people in the world who care much about their Pay Checks, and status on a job...way more than they care for the Human race. The Medical field should consist of CARING individuals. These are sad people. I am aware that I was being treated like a number. What a disappointment. What Doctors backs up her appointments that long? New patients don't have a chance. I wish there was a No Star option..

Called as a NEW Patient with Dr. on as my Primary Care. No appointments until FEBUARY 2020! 9 MONTHS.

Dr. Davina Dansby is a sincere,very caring and personable physician, she is an attentive listener to what I have to tell her about my illness, she examine me,then she thoroughly explains to me what my treatments are and how to use or take the medication(s) she hear all of your medical problems and then give you the best possible solution and or treatments. Dr. Dansby should get the highest honor and award for being the greatest-Best Doctor of the year.

Dr. Dansby is by far the most attentive, caring and thorough doctor I have ever been to. She's always smiling and makes you feel comfortable and like every thing is going to be OK. Thanks Dr. Dansby!

Dr. Davina H. Dansby has been my physician for years. She is one of the best, most knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate doctors I have ever known. I cannot say enough good things about her. She is better than first rate.

Dr. Davina Dansby is the best primary doctor in Stone Mountain/Atlanta area. Once you're in the examination room with her she gives you her undivided attention and truly listens. The reason I would leave her is because of her staff, they are the worst of the worst. They don't call you for results of your test, you have to consistently call them and they get attitude about they are business. Maybe she should hire someone that just strictly call patients about their results. Then it would make her office run smoothly. I'm telling Dr. Dansby to fire the responsible person, but to have a meeting with them and get them on the same page she's on. And that's excellence service to her patience. They forget the patient is waiting to be called just for a quick drop in to get a test. (Not seeing the doctor) Keep in mind that your staff makes up 50% of office. Thanksj.
