If you have the choice to see anyother doctor, DO IT. Dr.Tsai is rude, abrupt and has aweful patient service. He only believes what he sees on xray. If everything looks normal he says everything is fine have no problems. And sends you on the way. He doesn't listen or take patients concerns seriously. He doesn't go further than looking xrays and he doesn't read the finding report. He doesn't examine for possible soft tissue injuries.

Dr. Tsai read my xray and it showed nothing. He said that he has no doubt that I am in pain, but there was nothing broken or fractured, so he couldn't do anything for me. I asked him if I just had to live with the pain or what are my options. He suggested I retire from my 20 year military career and just live with the pain because nothing was broken. I chose to get a 2nd opinion. 2nd opinion Doctor said I should have been sent for MRI after the xray showed nothing. A labral tear would only show on MRI, not an xray. I am fixable! I have hope now. Dr. Tsai gave me no hope. No hope at all. I am only 39 years old and he told me I should give up my career in the military. I will never see him again or refer anyone to him.

Didn't even read the xray for correct area broken. Ankle was broken two years before then accidently broken on the inside of left ankle all he could due is address the old break. Never looked at xray on inside of ankle were emergency room said it was broken this time. So stupid

I would highly recommend Dr. Tsai to anyone. He gets to the point and is straight forward with you. Some might think he's coming across rude, but he's just telling you how it is. I like that he's honest. He has not only taken care of me but many of my family and friends.

Dr. Tsai is a man of few words. He was very professional &aaccurate on my diagnosis. Dr. Tsai did a knee resurfacing 5 years ago & a knee revision 6 weeks ago. If I didn'to have faith in him I would not have gone back to him when I was having problems this past February. Very prefessioal. Would suggest or recommend him to anyone.

I sincerely hope the reviews that have been written are wrong. My surgery for a total knee has been scheduled. My initial first impression was that Dr. Tsai was very secure in his diagnosis and treatment. He is a man of few words, but when I'm in surgery and he is giving me a new knee, I really don't care about his personality. He has come highly recommended by others, so that is why I chose him. With all the negative reviews, I think the people that aren't happy are the ones who are the first in line to give the opinions. I promise to update this review as I go along, but right now I was very happy with the professionalism of both Dr. Tsai and the rest of the staff that I saw that day.

i tried to talk to him about what happend at work he talk over me and he siad ccome back in a mounth.

Dr Tsai has been very upfront with me. I appreciate that. His staff is wonderful.
