she would not listen to anything i would tell her. I have several herniated & bulging disc in low & middle back & would ask for 3 pain pills a months. I also have a healed up broken neck, arthritis in hands & feets also. I understand people abuse pills but if i was a drug user i would ask for more than 3 pills a month. I only needed them for the days I feel like ending it from the pain. I have tried to file a complaint with SLU but they will never let me or tell me how i can. I have tried to call & talk to hospital administrator but they will never let me. they just cover for each other at SLU. I guess my next step is to file a complaint with illinois & missouri state. & she would rather me use medical marijaunna than give my 3 pain pills a month. & I have COPD & chronic bronchitis. & her nurse tells me she gets pain pills for her knee she fell & hurt. but go figure. thats how the world is now. she keeps telling me to go to therapy for my back. therapy at slu said not to come back… that my back was to bad. then she keeps telling me to go back to therapy. & when i tell her to send me to a diff place for my test then she wont send me. its like that are just trying to take my healthcare insurance for everything they can get from them. but in my opinion if you are wanting to find a doctor who will listen to you then dont go to dawn m davis or SLU.

We have seen Dr Davis for years. Her professional approach and guidance was always appreciated. She took the time to listen to our concerns and addressed any issues. I would recommend her with confidence.

This will hunt me forever what she and her staff done to me. They bully me . They were laughing at me because they knew my condition was critical and serious. They took the bullying to far, failing to continue treatment almost cause me my life. This act was with malice . This is a long story. I’m doing this review to warn the public about her. She got a thrill seeing me suffer. unfortunately there’s no transparency in the Medical System. I fought long and hard to walk again, gain my strength, to get my life back with prayer. Out of all the things they done to me I suppose to be dead, but there’s no one more powerful than God.
