Dr. Dawn Leslie Klemow, MD

Dr. Klemow-Reed has been my Oncologist for 15 years. I have always known she is incredibly knowledgeable on the latest care possible. She is down-to-earth and communicates in language easy to understand. She is straight forward, she is above and beyond supportive, and I suspect one of the top physicians in her field. I am and have always felt lucky and thankful to have her leading my care.

Dr. Klemow is a nice doctor. Her staff is organized and efficient. The wait time is very reasonable. Dr. Klemow does not impress me as an oncologist who has stayed on the cutting edge of her profession. I feel she used a cookie cutter approach and discussed treatment in a nonchalant manner almost in a boring manner. Perhaps she has given her best effort in the past and needs to retire. The other doctors I have seen seem highly motivated and enthusiastic about giving the best treatment options. Dr.klemow in my opinion does not meet these standards.

She is the very best Doctor at UT Southwestern in Dallas.

I have rarely, if ever, seen another doctor who so genuinely cared about my health and my needs. Dr. Klemow was willing to go out of her way to help investigate my illness, and she didn't just "drop" me when it began to appear that the answers would lie outside her specialty. She has always been caring and patient, and the nursing and lab staff are helpful and show true compassion. I owe them all thanks.
