dismissive and detached. dread seeing this dr at this practice and only do so if no one else is available. last time we saw him he failed to help my child and we had to go to the er four hours later.

Dr. Dewey was my doctor when I was a child and he is now my daughters doctor. He is wonderful easy going, active listening. can trust him very much. I just cant say enough great things about Dr. Dewey.

Our girls are now 18 and 22. We were completely satisfied with the care our girls received from Dr. Dewey. He is a wonderful down to earth kind of Doctor. Very knowledgeable and we always felt at ease with him. We always enjoyed our visits. I am sad the girls have outgrown his services. Thank you Dr. Dewey for all you have done for us. Doctor Dewey has given me no reason to doubt his knowledge about routine child issues. He is NOT a bad doctor from what I've seen. I have unusual concerns and considerations that have influenced me to search for a doctor that can respond to that and perhaps be extremely vigilant. Bedside manner should NEVER trump skill level in critical situations but he is a very quiet natured guy. It was hard to tell if he was listening and he never appeared to take notes. Since my child is still very young, I'm basically the patient so I really seek a doctor that I can easily talk to. My hope is to find a highly skilled doctor that has a certain ease with both children and anxious mothers. I also want to say that there was a nurse at this practice that I absolutely dreaded to deal with. I don't know her name but she was absolutely horrible with children. She was impatient and didn't appear to have any special interest in young ones. I can't figure out why she is working there. On the other… hand, there's a young medical assistant that is truly lovely with children.

I have been going to Dr. Dewey with my children for 10 years and I can't say enough about him! He is wonderful. A little on the quiet side, but has just the right balance of concern and caution. Doesn't over or under react. He is confident, smart, and funny. I have referred so many happy customers to him. My boys love him and take his word as gospel. You will not be dissappointed. He is also incredibly prompt, but doesn't rush me. This is a sign of respect. When doctors are chronically late I feel that they view their own time as more important than mine. Not so with Dr. Dewey. His nurse can be a little abrupt at times, so I have had to be firm with her on a couple of occasions. Overall, 4++ stars!
