Dr. Dean L Bloch, MD

All the women who claim he saved them or their baby, stop for a minute and ask yourself if maybe he is the reason you or your baby almost died? I recently submitted my formal complaint. He did my tubal ligation. I didn’t find out until I had a tubal reversal what a horrible number he did on me. He cut my right tube in the wrong place and mangled my left tube, part of it was still in tact just no longer attached to my Fallopian tube. I feel so violated by what he did to me and I ended up in the ER with a horrible infection and allergic reaction after he prescribed the wrong antibiotic. I will never get back what he did to me. My body can never be repaired. And IVF was not even an option because I had an infection he failed to treat up until 2016 when I finally went for a second opinion after literally bleeding all over his floor. I no longer trust any obgyn with my care. He never took responsibility. I’d give zero stars if it would let me.

Dr. Bloch is amazing. He is such a kind person who is not only brilliant but a lovely person all around. I have nothing but the kindest things to say about Dr. Bloch and his staff. I see Dr. Bloch not only as a gynecologist but also because he is a thyroid specialist. He has helped me learn to control my hashimotos disease and I am finally properly medicated which makes my world so much better.

I have been a patient for many years . Dr.Bloch has always been compassionate very knowledgeable in all problems I've endured. He has a way if making you feel very comfortable as most obgyn visits can be nerve wracking . He is extremely knowledgeable not only in obgyn area nutrition as well. I wouldn't see anyone other than him Five star ..

I’ve been seeing Dr. Bloch for 5 years. Not only is he a great doctor but he’s the BEST doctor I’ve ever met! He truly wants what’s best for his patients. He is extremely blunt and doesn’t beat around the bush, which to me is something ALL doctors should practice! Some people are turned off by his open opinions as a medical professional but if you don’t want the truth don’t go to the doctor! He spends a lot of time with his patients as well so you might have to wait a little longer than usual to see him but you always know he’s going to spend the same amount of time and energy with you. I highly recommend Dr. Bloch and trust him with my health and life!

I am surprised to see negative reviews for Dr. Dean Bloch. They are not at all a reflection of him as a doctor. He can be very honest and not everyone can handle that. Dr. Dean Bloch is an outstanding and very knowledgeable doctor. He is a caring and genuine person. I have been his patient for the past several years. He took excellent care of me during two difficult pregnancies and postpartum recoveries. He always takes time to connect and listen to his patients, and is always there for reassurance and support. There is no one else I would consider for my care. Thank you Dean!!!

I have been a patient of Dr.Blochs for many years. He is a brilliant Doctor. He has helped me change my quality of life several times throughout the years. He has delivered my grandchildren. He has an amazing sense of humour has a way of making you so comfortable even in when facing difficult times. I can't say enough of my admiration and respect of this Doctor .

I read through the reviews and I can’t even fathom that people would write such negative reviews. I have been with Dr. Bloch for 20+ years and have never had a problem with him. During appointments, he would act as if you were the only patient he had in the world. My mother was up visiting from Florida and she had a problem on a Saturday, and I called Dr. Bloch and he treated my mother for free. That sealed the deal

Dean is #1 when it comes to obgyn. He is an awesome doctor. All heart and soul. Takes his time with you as a patient. ***** Not many doctors out there care, but i can say from 25 years Dean cares. I had surgery with Dean for endometriosis.If it wasn't for him, who knows what the out come would have been. He was GREAT!!!! Thanks for all you do Dean*****

Yes, Dr. Bloch has a quirky manner- but I loved that about him ! He's the first obgyn who ever brought up the subject of vitamin supplements and whole body issues with me. He didn't just consider his area of expertise but my entire body's health. After already having seen 3 other obgyns for my condition, he was the first to ask me if I had had been under severe stress when my condition first appeared because, as he explained, that could have weakened my immune system. Yes, I sure was under stress, I answered, big time !! I was so impressed that he looked at my diagnosis from that perspective. It helped me to understand what was going on. And he spent plenty of time talking with me. I think he's wonderful !

Awful practice. Ancillary staff constantly interrupt appointments for unnecessary reasons, and pull doctor out of the room to attend to other patients. Doctor goes off topic so often I forgot the things I wanted to ask. Tells me to start taking a supplement and then forgets at the next appointment that he already told me this. Had no plan for my medical issue. He is very blunt, and that is ok, but the rest is not. I feel unsafe with this doctor.
