Dr. Dean Anthony Guadagna, DO

I have been with him for 17 years. he is the best. also there when I need him. understands all my medical problems. has never rushed me or not given me his full attention.

Dr. Guadagna's #1 priority is to see as many patient in a day as possible. He runs a patient mill. He'll enter the exam room ask a few questions & leave to go to another exam room & patient. He is tense & temperamental in manner.

If there is a referral given to a specialist, and that doctor requires any tests, good luck getting those tests covered. The office absolutely never does the job when it comes to delivery of referrals. I don't have the money to deal with an office that cannot work effectively with the needs of my insurance.

He is a narcotics pusher , every time I went there it was full of shady drug addicts , they came in sad and left impatiently and smiling . I use to go there and came to realize really fast what was up and dr. Guadagna is a real jerk , almost like you're inconvenience him to be there and when he see you he is rude impatient and a total jerk

He is rude, cares nothing for patient. You wait for hours. Then he comes in and says "Ok why are you here" , like your waisting his time . Never explains blood work . Guy is a class A jerk. Can't believe I went to him for 3 years . Im getting a new doctor !!!

The doctor was shockingly rude. I was able to get 2 hours off from work to visit the doctor and after being diagnosed 1.5 hours into the appointment, the doctor advised he wanted to run routine blood work (unrelated to my visit, and midday without having fasted ahead of time), but the lab tech wouldn't be back for "30 mins or so." I advised the doctor of my time constraints and asked if I could reschedule the blood work for another day as I needed to return to work. The doctor's first response was, "Or what? They're gonna fire you?" I explained that was not the point but that I budgeted 2 hours for the appointment and that was all the time I had. He exclaimed, "Look, it's the doctor's office. This is how it goes and you just have to do it." Yes. He really said that to me. Stunned, I said, "Actually, I don't have to do anything" to which he responded, "You're right - and I don't have to do anything either" as he shrugged his shoulders. Wow. Is this adequate care by even the… poorest of standards? At this point in the visit, I stood up and said, "Ok we're done here" and I walked out. Please find another doctor who will provide his/her patients with the respect and care they deserve and in alignment with the spirit of the standards set forth for practitioners in such a vital profession.

Doesn't care, not sympathetic, impatient, improper, poor judgment, unprepared, unfriendly, would never recommend to people.

I have always waited at least an hour and a half just to get called into the exam room. If the appt is at 2, Im not seen till 3:30-4. He's just a traffic cop directing traffic. It's all about the referrals which are only mailed to you.
