Dr. Dean Albert Le, MD

Dr. Dean Le has been extremely helpful in treating my migraines. He listens and came up with a game plan. I was having 4 migraines per week and so grateful I am in his care. He thinks out of the box and for the first time I have relief in 4 years since my concussion. Thank you!!! Kim P

I have not seen Dr. Le yet because my first appointment was rescheduled, (the doctor could not see me at that time) my second appointment was scheduled at the wrong time, and today, my third appointment, was cancelled because the doctor is not contracted with my insurance. Erica, who was extremely rude, let me know this once I arrived at the office. She had two weeks to check eligibility, but she chose to tell me after I drove to their office for the second time. I asked Erica if I could leave a message for the manager. She told me she "would not give my message to her." She did not seem apologetic for what happened.

I saw Dr. Le twice in 2019! Both times, he spent time to quietly listen to my concerns, took an EMG once, prescribed helpful medication and warned me about adverse effects of two medications I was taking. He's a kind, compassionate and attentive doctor. And his staff followed through with making appts. I highly recommend Dr. Le.

Unethical business practices (Tries to charge patient even with insurance). Unhelpful/Unfriendly front desk staff (takes weeks to get someone on the line and the attitude is that you are just a money bag to them). Does the clinic not understand medical ethics and customer service?

Upon my first visit to Dr. Le's office, I was immediately impressed by the fact that I had a 1 minute wait in the office. When Dr. Le entered the room, he was polite and very patient as he listened to my 6 month-old ordeal with debilitating neck pain, read the reports from my MRI and then spent a long time reviewing my MRI disk with me. He quickly diagnosed my problem, gave me medication to lessen the cervical swelling and directed me to get a cervical collar. Two days later: I feel better than I've felt in months. I will return for more treatment next week. Jo

Dr Dean Le is one of my favorite doctors, but my recent experience with his staff, Teresa & Cassandra have been a nightmare. Neither one knows what the other is doing and you play telephone tag for weeks and weeks to get an appointment. Teresa hung up on me because she didn't want to listen to my frustration with the appointment experience. That speaks volumes. I'm probably going to be looking for another neurologist due to the terrible treatment I received from Teresa.

Very rude first visit.Worse on second visit. Would not guve me test results when I asked. I was severly injured with multiple herniations.Besides my other injuries.He would not discuss. I was told it was my age everyone has them! There is nothing wrong with me. Nerve conduction test was very very painful. He made me hold up the arm which had no strength, pain and numbess. He rushed, was angry and pushed Botox like it was a Godsend for everything. But said there was nothing wrong with me!!!!I will never go back. I will tell my provider never to recommend this nasty litttle man. He was so condescending and basically told me I was wasting his time!!!!!
