Dr. Dean Walter Martin, MD

Dr. Dean Martin is a wonderful doctor. During a recent surgery Dr. Martin thoroughly explained several options for anesthesia that he could provide me with. As a result, of his great bedside manner and personality I was able to remain calm prior to surgery. The surgery was successful and thankfully I was soundly asleep during the entire procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Dean Martin.

The Doctor I was seen there was a Very nice doctor. However the staff are very rude, inexperience, unprofessional and nasty. I can't recall how many time the loose my test result, and had to give the Doctor wrong test result. I had to re-do my pap smear 3 time due to bad staff inaccuracy. lastly why I left the practice, I was 3 months pregnant and was having spot bleeding. I called to see my Doctor as an emergency, one of the staff or receptionist told me I have to wait for my Apt, which was one week later. I asked her what time the doctor was coming in, she did not know. how can you be working in a office and not knowing your doctor's schedule. she insist that I wait for my Apt otherwise, she can't help me. worst environment and very bad staff thumb down big time.

Dr Martin is very respected, However his front desk is not! everyone seems to be rude, I stood their waiting to sign the sign in sheet, (By the way I was NOT greeted) she said "YEA" Wow I thought She could not articulate a Yes how may I help you. UGHH it is sad because Dr Martin and the other, doctors and practitioners are nice except 1 of the practitioners Dr. Audry not friendly at all. Was in the waiting area for over an hour, after I notice a patient who arrived after me was call first, I went to inquire why wasn't I called as yet one of the RUDE receptionist, picked up my file but " FORGOT" to put it in the box... Incompetent. later I found out that I wasn't the only one that happened to.
