Dr. Dean Lawrence Zincone, MD

Dr. Zincone is kind, patient, knowledgeable and excellent medical care.

I used to have a very good relationship with Dr. Zincone. I was a patient of his for over 10 years. I used to feel like I could tell him anything and everything. He even attended my brother's funeral. Recently, he emailed me and stated I needed to find another doctor. He no longer wanted me as his patient. I have a complex health condition and Dr. Zincone seemed offended because I scheduled appointments with specialists. My voice and opinion in the options of medical treatment for this condition were never asked. He made very hurtful and painful comments related to the complex situation I am dealing with and my disability. Instead of dealing with the issues and working together to address them, he chose to throw personal attacks and barbs. His wait time is several hours and he now has a new office policy that requires patients to come in for every little thing. I personally think his new lab is stressing him out beyond what he can handle, and that stress and anger is being passed down… to patients.

DR. ZINCONE HAS TAKEN CARE OF MY MOTHER FOR THE PAST 20 YEARS AND SHE IS NOW 86 YEARS OLD. WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU. HE IS KIND, PATIENT AND VERY CARING. HE LISTENS TO YOU AND TRULY CARES ABOUT KEEPING YOU HEALTHY. DR ZINCONE HAS BEEN TAKING CARE OF MY MEDICAL NEEDS FOR THE LAST SIX YEARS AND WOULD NEVER THINK ABOUT GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE. THE WAIT IS NOT BAD AND VERY WORTH IT. If YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE A WAIT TIME THEN I SUGGEST YOU GO TO A DOCTOR IN SAN ANTONIO OR HOUSTON. YOUR WAIT TIME IS OVER AN HOUR EVERY TIME. THE TOWN OF SEGUIN IS SO FORTUNATE TO HAVE DR. ZINCONE AND SO AM I...…...

“Young” (30’s) veteran here. Been a patient 2yrs, will continue until he retires. Very knowledgeable & caring doctor. Friendly staff & environment. Flexible & willing to work with your schedule. Bc of insurance through my employer, one of my meds required authorization every 2 weeks & his staff is always on-point to respond to the pharmacy the same day. He’s very pro-military as well as his staff. Far better experience than the VA.

Dr Zincone is an excellent doctor. He has an inquiring mind and reads voraciously. He truly loves the practice of medicine and is current in trends and technology. He has a zeal for his patients and their care. His office staff is excellent. The doctor will always work you in when you are in need of care. For that reason, expect a wait. A good doctor will have a wait.
