I am a proud Army Veteran working in the field of counseling since 2015. Prior to becoming a therapist, I earned my undergraduate degree in Special Education. I have experience working with combat veterans, CPS, couples, children, teens, adults, families, first responders, LGBTQ community, supervised new therapists, and a prior director of a psychiatric hospital. Sessions are offered by Telehealth or in person.My approach is nonjudgmental, caring, and compassionate therapy. No one gets to define who you are unless you let them. I look forward to working alongside of you in the journey of healing, hope, and recovery.
