Dr. Owen has helped me work thru serious trama. She is a great listener. She has a very comfortable office to talk in. Dr. Owen's guidance has helped me in the healing process. I saw Dr. Owen when I was 14 and she really did save my life. My family was in chaos and she was my life line. She really cared and gave me good ideas of how to deal with my parents divorce. That's why I searched for her and went back to her 8 years later when I was struggling with depression. Dr. Owen is very professional and competent. Also, she was always understanding when I missed appointments and always waived the no show fee. She's just a nice person.

Dr Deanna Owen would rather talk about herself, than assist with her patients issues. No listening skills whatsoever. I set another appointment to give her the benefit of the doubt. I mis-remembered the appoint time and got there at 4pm instead of 3pm. I asked the receptionist if she, (Deanna Owens) would perhaps still be able to meet with me.( I saw her making copies behind the receptionist,) the receptionist went over and asked her if it was possible, she didn't even turn around and acknowledge me. and no luck, (Which I understood.) I received a $60 bill for missing my appointment. I called the office manager for a possible one time courtesy waiver, the office manager said she'd check and call me back. 2 months later and no call back, then I get a bill for $90. Thanks, but no Thanks.
