Dr. Deanna Lynne Parobeck, MD

Four days before my due date with zero complications throughout my pregnancy and a very healthy baby, Dr. Parobeck told me she was checking my cervix for dilation and then broke my water instead. She ran out of the room without any apology or explanation about what had happened, sending a nurse in a few mintues later to send me home to gather my things before heading to the hospital. Egregious care from the entire office and staff. The practice had been pressuring me to induce for days and I did not feel it was necessary. Dr. Parobeck lied to me and forced my body to go into labor and my baby to be born before she was ready. Fortunately, everything turned out okay and I did not have to continue care with Dr. Parobeck. I will never set foot in her office again.

Dr. Parobeck delivered my son. She was very calm, decisive, and showed great skill. She helped my wife push, but when the umbilical cord was wrapped around my son’s neck, Dr Paorobeck recognized what was happening. Without creating unnecessary alarm, she immediately used forceps and skillfully got my son out in one move without hurting either him or my wife and making sure we could get the cord from around my son’s neck. I was very impressed and would highly recommend her.

I have been seeing Dr. Parobeck for over 17 years. She delivered one of our children and has been a superb go to throughout my life when it came to women's health. Her approach is very personable and she is very engaged in staying up to date with research and experience. Very valued doctor in this day and age.

She was my obgyn during my pregnancy and in all the years following. She takes the time to listen and that has made all the difference. For example, several years ago, of all the physicians and health care professionals I was seeing, she was the only one who realized that I was not experiencing a mental health crisis but simply experiencing pre-menopause. With appropriate treatment, a scary situation was quickly controlled and I understood what was happening with my body.I would recommend her without reservation to family and my closest friends.
