Debbie Joseph Christensen

My appointment today with Dr. Christensen was the best overall healthcare experience I have had in a long time. I only waited about five minutes before being called back. Tamara, the nurse, was very courteous and efficient. Dr. Christensen came in and I was really impressed with her. She has an impeccable bedside manner, listened intently to my concerns, answered all my questions, and explained everything in detail. I never felt rushed. I had a procedure and was still in and out of her office within 35 minutes.

Dr Christensen is an outstanding doctor- she performed succesful surgery on me and cured all of my issues.. she is great.

My visit with Dr. Christensen was a waste of a co-pay and my time. I went there for chronic sinus problems and tinnitus. They did a hearing exam (which I did not ask for). Told me I had slight hearing loss, she looked in my ears with a scope and told me I had fluid in them. Never looked in my nose or throat. Then told me there was nothing she could do. My PCP sent me there to have my nose and ears thoroughly examined, which is what an ENT specialist is supposed to be able to do. This doctor was no help to me at all. Would not recommend her to my worst enemy.

DR JOSEPH IS VERY FRIENDLY, HOWEVER SHE DOESNT TREAT THE PROBLEM.. INSTEAD OF FIXING THE PROBLEM, SHE WILL SEND YOU TO ALL KINDS OF USELESS THERAPIES THAT ARE TIME CONSUMING AND EXPENSIVE.. AFTER SEEING DR JOSEPH FOR OVER A YEAR, I STILL HAVE THE SAME SYMPTOMS, AND SHE STILL REFUSES TO HELP..

Dr. Joseph goes ABOVE and BEYOND!! I have had some issues with my ears and nose this past year and at every turn - she put me at ease and took INCREDIBLE care of me!!

She was condescending and dismissive and wanted to discuss my allergies instead of my complaint.

Went in to see Dr. Joseph because my daughter decided to play with beads and put one in her ear. The office staff helped me see the doctor the same day I called and were very nice when we came to the office. They patiently waited while I filled out all the paperwork. The nurse was pleasant and helpful. But the best surprise was Dr. Joseph and how wonderful she was with my daughter. She came in and talked to her, looked at her ear, told her she could fix it, explained that she would hear a jingle but that it would not hurt. I held my daughter while she fished out the bead with a tiny metal stick and we were done in less than 5 minutes. All that worry and waiting trying to convince my 7 year old that the doctor would not hurt her was over and the bead was gone!!! Can't rate her on follow up because this is hopefully a one time emergency:)
