When my daughter was diagnosed with a liver disorder, we went through a very rough time as parents coping with the news. We were assigned to see Dr. Kogan and she has been a life saver to us every since. She gives us an incredible amount of time for a busy doctor and goes above and beyond in every way possible. She is extremely good with kids and makes my daughter enjoy her visits. She is very knowledgeable, capable and has a good balance between cautious but not over cautious. Thanks to Dr. Kogan, my daughter's condition is stable now for many years. I strongly recommend her.

Dr. Kogan was excellent in diagnosing and treating my daughter for chronic Hepatitis. She gives us as much time as needed, is extremely caring yet very professional. We would recommend her to everyone. Since moving to Montofiere, she has gotten a more courteous and organized staff as well.

Dr. Kogan is a kind, thorough,and experienced doctor. She was wonderful with my child. However, contacting her outside of the office visit was impossible. The nursing staff was rude and, in most cases, waited all day to call back from a message left in the morning, if they called back at all. It was very upsetting, frustrating, and unsettling that a pediatric practice handles their patients and the patients family with such little care. They had no sense of how to talk to a panicked parent who had no one else to turn to with questions about their very sick child, but the doctor. I found that the only way to speak to a doctor directly was by calling after hours as an emergency. It's not right and it's not the way a doctor's office, especially a pediatric one, should operate.
