Dr. Deborah Ellen Amos, MD

I have been pushed around by other doctors playing the insurance game and Dr. Amos has made it clear that she is treating me as a patient and NOT allowing the insurance company to make medical decisions about my treatment. I she has referred to the absolute best surgeon and finally received the procedure I needed 3 years ago when I was seeing the insurance recommended doctor. If you are honest about your conditions, you will be in good hands, if not, she's going to know.

Though may be different for others, not a listener in my case. Very brusque, businesslike. Staff is very pleasant and easy to work with, and Dr. could use lessons from them. No desire to return.

She has without question provided medical care in a conservative caring manner. I have had no problems with her pushing unwanted medication and the other providers she has referred me to have all been top flight. She is the only doctor in the area that will actually stand up to Labor and Industries. If she doesn't its because the patient is malingering.
