I love the nurses! Cindy is so sweet and gentle with her blood draws and takes the time to relax the kids. My child was terrified and she took the time to explain to my son why we were having to get his blood drawn. He cried and she hugged him so tight and told my son she loved him and wanted to get to the root cause of his body not feeling well. He left so happy and wants to see her again! Molly, well she is a happy fun nurse. She talks to my son and asked him the questions. I think it's so important that our kids begin to recognize that their health is important and Molly and Cindy sure do get this done. Dr. Bain and Michelle are awesome in figuring out what is really needed for my son and we have started an awesome diet plan along with great recommendations and my husband and I sure are seeing improvements!

I don't like dr bains bedside manner. The staff takes forever to call back even when my 3 month old had something serious going on and I needed a referral from them right away. I only like that dr Bain is very knowledgeable about alternative medicine. Only plus side to this practice.

Dr. Bain is a one of a kind doctor. I drive from Fort Worth passing hundreds of pediatricians to see Dr. Bain. She truly wants to help create healthy kids and healthy families without just covering up the issue. If you're looking for a doctor to just follow recommended schedules and issuing of prescriptions she's not the one for you. But if you truly want answers and a healthy child she is the only person I would go to.

Great concept poor drive . Doctor bedside manner poor and with low respect toward patients.

I adore Dr. Bain. She was absolutely amazing and extremely knowledgeable. The office staff was not my favorite. But well worth it to see Dr. Bain.

Dr. Bain is an excellent physician. Yes there were some growing pains with the practice and a few times she seemed stressed out. However, I guess none of you remember the doctors of 20 years ago when they all through they were God and you were to take their advice without question. She definitely does not do that. She tries to find you an alternative to surgeries, antibiotics and other drugs when practical. And she was never "sanctioned". Please re-read that information. I understand that she may be on edge sometimes trying to run the practice and keep everyone happy; and I'm sure you never had days like that. However, you had better count your lucky stars that there is a progressive doc like her in DFW and not cause her to close the doors. There are only two others in the whole city that are pediatricians. P.S. I called her 5 or 6 times for kid issues during off-hours and she was always pleasant and helped me. Granted, I'm a good looking dude and not a woman, but most of… my calls were definitely me over-reacting.

Dr. Bain thinks outside the box! Yes, she recommends Chiropractors (1990 U.S. Supreme Court ruling as Physicians). Yes, she tries to maintain the health of her patients as naturally as possible so that the patients immunce system is not so weak from drugs when they need them that they won't work. How many kids have been put on antibiotics for a year at a time for ear infections? Parents want an easy fix. Throw the Rx drugs at us so we don't have to care for our kids through an illness. People please wakeup and see what this doctor is trying to do in the big picture. Health!!

Great about recommending nutritional supplements instead of OTC crap that just treats symptoms. Great with the kids, sees a lot of patients so you have to schedule way in advance, but that is normal for large/successful offices. She is knowledgeable and up to date about vaccinations and other children's related topics.

for those that are wanting a doctor to prescribe antibiotics every time your kid sneezes, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! dr. bain has a very laid back approach to medicine. she doesn't force vaccines on kids, in fact, she does a lot of work with kids who suffer from a vaccine injury! i happily drive the hour plus to see her and her wonderful staff!
