Dr. Deborah Lynn Bessen, MD

I thoroughly enjoyed my first office visit with Dr. Bessen. I felt she was thorough in her questioning and review of my medical history, asked all the right questions of me. Very comfortable practice environment with a super medical staff who made me feel right at home.

This is the most frustrating of doctors that I have ever encountered, I am caregiver to my mother and I have spent the entire day trying to get help for her and have only received excuses and apologies. I called the nurse practitioner at 9 am and was told that an x-ray had been ordered for my elderly mother who had fallen at 4 am. After waiting for some confirmation I called back and I was to that the request had been made earlier, the nurse practitioner told me her mother had died and that she wouldn't be available after 12pm. I called the office at 12:30 and was toled to call the imaging company who said they just got the order after 12 pm. This has continued until they closed their phones afor 4 pm. The x-rays were taken at 2 pm and I was told that visiting physicians would receive the images within a half hour. When I called the office they said that they never received the images and would check on the images and call me back. Now they are closed and my mother is in pain and I… have no idea what to do other than call 911.their license should be revoked.
