Dr. Deborah Anne Ferrer, DDS

I just finished my sons treatment with Dr. Deborah Ferrer. I would like to let everyone know for the last couple of years what a wonderful experience we have had. My son and I always felt at home there from the minute we checked in. Every visit we went we were greeted with a smile , and let's not forget the homemade cookies and coffee! My son and most of his friends would all see each other at the office since there were so many children from the neighborhood and same school. Yes there are a lot of orthodontist in Ft. lauderdale. Some very expensive that I felt I was being charged for there beautiful offices. This office I felt after shopping around and especially word of mouth, that the price was fair. Looking at the results of Dr. Ferrers work my son has a beautiful smile that he will have a lifetime. This was the best gift I could of ever given him. Thanks for everything Dr. Ferrer and staff.

I believe this dentist conducts her practice like a factory. She has a bunch of chairs and you can literally see the work being done on the other patients while they're working on you. Then after the work is done and if you have a complaint or concern, no one returns you calls or even gives a crap about what you're calling about. I was referred by a friend and that's why I went there, but I would never refer her to anyone else.

I was completely dissatisfied with this office. They did not verify insurance correctly, did not submit claims correctly. I got stuck with a $1500 balance that insurance would have paid if the office did their job correctly.
