Dr. Deborah Ann Reed, MD

Dr. Reed was always very caring and gave me well rounded treatment. She was available when I had important questions, even outside of the appointments. She was very timely in response and was willing to help in any way I needed. She was also very careful in my diagnosis, and did not speedily prescribe until she felt she had the full story.

I have been seeing Dr. Reed for many years in her private practice. She is the most intelligent and insightful person I know with a great caring and compassionate manner. I agree that she is one of the few psychiatrists who really listens instead of just medicates. She runs her private practice efficiently and professionally -- no wait, no hassle, calls returned immediately. Just the best.

Dr. Reed's professionalism extends well beyond her medical competency. Through her conduct, it is clear that she cares for and respects her patients. Unlike most doctors, she responds to calls personally and quickly, her session begin when scheduled and end on time. She listens well and provokes thought, providing intelligent counsel. And I have never felt any sense that she is there to bill time or churn patients. I highly recommend her for her professionalism and talent as a psychiatrist.

Dr. Reed is one of the few (if any) psychiatrists left who will spend time talking and listening, rather than send you on your way with a prescription as quickly as possible. Dr. Reed is highly attentive, responsive, encouraging, and very caring. I cannot say enough positive things about the care I received from Dr. Reed -- she helped me through an extremely difficult time in my life.

Not only is Dr. Reed extremely intelligent and intuitive, but she is also extremely caring and sympathetic. She diagnosed me, has been treating me, and has played an enormous part in my well being. She is highly educated, very supportive, and genuinely concerned. I have been through a fair share psychologists and psychiatrists and I had no idea how effective treatment could be until I came across Dr. Reed.
