I would leave a negative if I could. This is a just about the billing. I went in with blurred vision and was told I had to come back for three different appointments and get tests. They never treated the vision issue. The doctor was rude and dismissive. The second visit I did not even see the doctor but my insurance was billed as though I did for testing. The worst experience ever.

During the pandemic I was treated for an eye infection. I called Dr. Rosenthal. It was Dr. Rosenthal who answered the phone personally (not an answering service). She treated me remotely and called me several times to followup until my stubborn eye infection was gone Murray Ackerman

I am a new patient of Dr Rosenthal. I had to make an emergency appointment. I injured my eye at work. When I enter the office the staff was very helpful and nice. Dr Rosenthal treated me with so much care and understood how upset I was. She made me feel very comfortable and took the time to explain everything she was going to do. She also followed up with a phone call to me to see how I was. I highly recommend her.

I went to Dr rosenthal, she is the only Doctor who was able to successfully treat my eye problem. She has the patience of a saint and answered all my questions. I highly recommend her.

Our first visit for my Mom was today. I found the Reception Staff polite and friendly. The “tech” Nick was very professional and accommodating. Dr. Rose that was most thorough and professional. There was a very welcoming and warm vibe in the office!

What an amazing doctor, saved my eye sight , and now I’m on the road to recover and Her staff was so kind and comforting, noting like her old staff, these people actually care and you can tell. Overall pleased and will be back for my follow up in a few weeks

Where do I even begin? Her staff is fantastic, but the doctor herself will leave you waiting in the exam room for well over half an hour despite her staff knocking on her office door and alerting her to having a patient. She comes off very rude and condescending and seems more concerned with the money than your health. While waiting to been seen by her I witnessed her at several points come to the front desk and talk to her front desk staff very rudely in regards to not collecting a copay or balance. If you're in a tough bind and need to see an ophthalmologist right away I would recommend her but other wise do not see her... you are better off going to an urgent care center or waiting it out for an ophthalmologist that actually cares about you.

From the moment I entered her office the staff was pleasant and professional. They were all knowledgeable to the current equipment and walk me throw several test so when the doctor sat with me could review the finding and continue her exam with the information at hand. Dr.Rosenthal was straight to the point and explained and answered any questions I had. I will always recommend her to my family and friends..
