Amazing doctor. She was the on call doctor and I was lucky to get her. She was so sweet, caring and funny. Her medical assistant Maria was just as great. Both have a very bubbly personality and they give comfort to the patient for whatever they are going through. Thank you for everything.

She was an hour late to the appointment and offered no explanation nor did her staff check in and say she was running late.

My experience with Dr. Shin was amazing. She is the best doctor that has ever treated me!!!!! I would highly recommend Dr. Shin. She was informative, encouraging, warm and always available via phone or email.

Very awful experience! If you care about safe delivery of your baby, I do not recommend Dr. Shin. Unprofessional, no courtesy, and terrible bedside manner. Seems like she wanted to be somewhere else than with me (patient).

She is one of the 7 doctors at the West Care Medical. I was quite nervous about my delivary because the policy was that ant 1 of the 7 doctors who is on call will deliver my baby. Dr. Shin was on call when I was to deliver my baby and I did not know her at all BUTTT.... She is just tooooo good!!!!!!!!!! very encouraging, smiling , quick and excellent at her job ! She made my birthing experience special.. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants a happy birthing experience..

While I really liked Dr. Shin, her office staff is beyond horrendous. They are slow, rude and mostly incompetent. After giving the practice a second chance and experiencing the same service, I am changing practitioners solely for this purpose.
