I never write reviews, but this woman was exceptionally miserable, so I felt like I had to say something to prevent anyone from going to this doctor. I’m serious when I say that you must hate yourself and not care about quality of healthcare to willing go to this woman. Here’s what I experienced at my appt today: I went in to have my wrist looked at because of the intense pain I was experiencing and also to get a referral to see a neurologist. I explained what was wrong and she touched my wrist very lightly 1 time then headed to the computer, set up my referrals ( literally the only thing she did right. But you don’t need a PhD to make a note for someone to do...just sayin) after she was done with the referrals she headed for the door. Didn’t say anything about what my real complaint was about. When I called her out about it, she said: “what am I supposed to do about it?” I told her to give me some sort of solution or something. Then she asked me if I wanted a prescription, for what? I… don’t know cause she didn’t even talk to me about anything. So, that says to me that she has zero care for the patients and absolutely no moral or ethics to just hand out a prescription without any diagnosis. Then she told me there was nothing she could do for me and left. Her bedside manner is atrocious and she seriously had dead eyes, like her patients are just a pay check and she doesn’t give a f**k about your concerns and she doesn’t even try to hide her lack of intelligence or compassion. I can’t tell you enough that going to her will only frustrate you and leave you no answers and the same problem you went in with. I guess one positive thing for people just trying to get drugs, you can most likely score a prescription for whatever you want from this woman. It’s sad. Serious, if I could give her zero stars I would, but even that would be generous.

Superb and friendly team!

I waited 1.5 hours to see this Dr who was finished with me in less than 6 minutes. I explained my symptoms in detail and Dr Tanus seemed rushed, unenthusiastic and completely vacant. She asked me 2 separate times if i wanted medication and seemed surprised when I told her I was more interested in finding what the problem was. Gave me no answers, suggested no solution, asked ME what I wanted from her (I mean, why bother coming to a ‘Dr’???) not friendly, not caring, didn’t even say my name. (Probably didn’t even look it up!) I took work off for that complete waste of time. Waste of my afternoon, waste of money, waste of everything. Not only am I changing clinics, but I will NEVER use this Doctor again, nor recommend her to anyone. I’d rather swallow razor blades. Save yourself the time and frustration and go somewhere else.

Good primary care doctor. Don't expect to get narcotic pain medicines or Xanax.

I’ve had two visits with Dr. Tanus and I found both visits unsuccessful and extremely disappointing. She did not make any attempts to engage or respond to the concerns I had regarding my health and I left feeling I had wasted my time. She is very unfriendly and it didnt feel like she was there. The next time I need to be seen I will schedule with someone else.

Very unprofessional and inexperienced doctor i have ever met. Dosen't know anything. Was in and out within 5 minutes. Didn't even care to give time at all. Just a waste of time and money. Dosen't even deserve a single penny. I need my money back! Am gonna fight for what i paid. Got appointment for the same day. Now I understand why bcoz once u see the doctor u will never ever wanna go back. Hardly there was anyone there. Also that place stinks. Will never recommend anyone to go there. All they want is money.

The staff is unreliable, dishonest, rude, and overbills. When labs are taken no one calls you back to give the results. In addition the Doctor does not spend much time with patient and does not follow up after visits.

I am very unhappy with my experience with Dr. Tanus. For starters, my appointment started 25 minutes late and began with the wrong doctor. I also had specifically scheduled a gynecological appointment, but they proceeded to tell me they have to do a physical first and then I can reachedule for the other appointment. Thankfully I was able to convince them to do the gynecological appointment instead. Then, when asked when my last menstral cycle was I said "Im still spotting, I started my period on Tuesday" but after Dr. Tanus did my Pap smear she said "oh I don't think this will go through because you are still spotting. Sorry I didn't know." So basically my entire appointment was a waste because of lack of communication among staff members, not to mention Dr. Tanus should have asked me those general questions herself, rather than rushing me from room to room trying to get the examination done because she was so late. I felt the examination was so very unprofessional. She never explained… what we were doing or what was happening, I even jumped when she inserted her fingers because I had no idea she was going to touch me at that point. The patient cannot see what the doctor is doing, so it is courteous to tell the patient "okay, I'm going to touch you now" rather than going from no touch to shoving your fingers in someone. Overall, this was by far the most unprofessional appointment I have ever experienced. Most definitely will not be returning. Oh, not to mention I was still charged a ridiculous amount for my visit, which I will be fighting to get back.

Inept staff. Unprofessional, unfriendly.....
