Couold not be less interested in patient

I waited 80 minutes to see the doctor with no explanation or apology. She said she didn't know how to help me and when I asked for a pain shot, she said she didn't have time and left. They took more time taking my blood pressure than the doctor spent with me. No compassion for patients.

The staff is amazing and always makes an effort to make me comfortable. Dr. Westergaard is wonderful and always listens to my concerns. I always feel like it is a collaborative effort with my pain management.

Thank you so much Dr. Westergaard for helping me with my sports injury. After all other treatment options that I have tried, you have helped me the most! Thank you and your staff for all do!

After being a patient for about 4 years, on the day of my scheduled appointment, one of her girls called me to inform me that she would no longer see me. I was at the end of my pain meds and she wouldn't write a prescription to take while I searched for another doctor. She is also quite a snob.

when she runs late, it isn't 15 minutes, it's more like an hour and 15 minutes. but she is worth it.

I have suffered neck pain for years as I have scoliosis. I have never had any other doctor care about me and my pain issues like Dr. Westergaard! I have had little to no pain since I started seeing her for over two years. She is sweet to all her patients and the office staff are great!

I was refereed to this doctor and have been on meds for years after a triple lumbar fusion. It was obvious to me from the moment I visited with her in her office she didn't want me as a patient. She spent more time typing into her computer information than talking with me. Then knowing the condition of my back she asked me touch my toes and a few other ridiculous exercises for anyone with three vertebra's fused with screws and bars. This doctor was more concerned about having a patient on a high dose of meds than helping me with chronic daily pain. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, fortunately there are plenty of good doctors in Dallas who specialize with these issues.
