She is the best doctor in town, so much of patience with new parents, answers all the questions. would highly recommend

The new office is great! We love the all day walk-in clinic and separate waiting areas (well & sick). The office staff and nurses are always courteous and helpful. The phone nurses are knowledgeable and usually quite prompt in returning my calls. Dr. Winburn is by far the BEST choice we could have made for our children's healthcare. She knows our kids well and remembers earlier health issues that we've dealt with from years past. She has been a wonderful partner in coordintaing care at Children's Mercy for one of our children who has specific medical needs. And she is always smiling! We can't say enough great things about her!

Love the doctors, love the staff. My kids were sad that their wait in the waiting room was so short. We had to stay and play after the visit to satisfy them! What a huge change from the prior practice! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!

We love the new office! What a great location, easy to get in and out, and very a very short. The office is beautiful, and I love the separate waiting rooms - no more having to wait with the sick children when my kids are there for a check up. The staff is amazing and we love the doctors and the nurse practitioner.

We think this office is great! I am disappointed that someone would interpret their hard work, creative environment, and attempts to accomodate both sick and well patients in separate waiting areas as greed!?! Both doctors seem to be working hard to cater to their patients' schedules. Sure they're busy at times, but we have waited an average of 10 minutes (often less) in the waiting room!What a HUGE improvement from the previous location!!!! We're sold!

Friendly staff every time I call or come in. Clean office with fun decor! Low waiting times! Love the all day walk in!

Dr. Winburn is excellent with my children. This is the first doctor I trust. If only I could find a doctor for myself with Winburn's attitude and concern. Most doctors just go through the motions....Dr. Winburn cares about her patients and it shows.
